Our property, located in the oldest district of Florence, is ideal for those looking for an authentic and comfortable experience. With 2 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a private terrace overlooking the internal courtyard, our space is designed to offer you all the comfort you desire, without sacrificing the historical details of the Florentine tradition. The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building in the San Niccolò district, a short distance from major tourist attractions such as Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery. In addition, we are close to the most beautiful panoramic areas of the city, such as Piazzale Michelangelo and Villa Bardini. In the surrounding area you will find bars, pastry shops, restaurants and groceries.

Owner Hi, I'm Federico, a fan of travel, homes and hospitality. I am 38 years old and I am a proud father of a 3-year-old girl. Since 2017 I have been working in the renovation sector, specializing in the redevelopment of properties. This structure is the result of my work and my passion: I designed and built it personally. I am happy to be able to offer this welcoming space to my guests. Our guest house was opened in July 2022, I already have a long experience of hospitality, which has allowed me to continuously improve the services and hospitality offered.
